Angry BB messenger issues

Please Login to Remove!

When i am typing on the bb messenger and i use any of the smily icons the messege sticks in the box where the messege is typed,the messege is sent but because the messege is still in the box to type i cannot see what next that i type.The only way i can continue to use the messenge is by taking the battery out and putting it back in,please help.

I get a similar problem frequently. I'll go to type something into the text field but it won't show up. I press enter, however, and the message sends.

I find ending the chat and opening a new one fixes the problem
