Why, oh why, do people start threads with things like "help" or "I have a question"? Is it so hard to be a little more specific like "Need help with BBM" or "I have a question about rebooting"?

And it's not just here, it's every message board I belong to.

There! I said it! Grrrrrrrrrr...

Perhaps people are just too lazy to exhaust search features on forums and google. I am an IT guy and people are amazed when I go to google to find an answer. It's like I have a PhD in google and they are incapable of typing in a proper search.
