The reason customer service asks if you've tried a battery pull, or asks you to do a battery pull, is because that is the first troubleshooting step, and it almost always corrects weird issues. It would be irresponsible to not try a battery pull first thing.
But if you are having to do a battery pull all the time, something's wrong. I tend to doubt the problem is the device and my suspicion is an app or apps (or theme). Posted via BlackBerryForums.com Mobile |
