Wirelessly posted (Mozilla/2.0 (compatible; MSIE 3.02; Windows CE; PPC; 240x320) BlackBerry8100/4.2.0 Profile/MIDP-2.0 Configuration/CLDC-1.1 VendorID/100)

I purchased MobileVoiceControl's app narrator for the pearl last week only to find out they rushed it out too early. In fact I can't even open it all I get is an uncaught exception error. When I contacted the company they informed me they have had an issue since they released it and were working on a fix for it. Now a week after it's release no more information and no fix. Why even put out a flawed product and frustrate your customers while we wait for a patch ?

Yeah, and like Windows? Man! That should go back to the drawing board. So Many BUGS!

MAC! -the same-

Microsoft Office - the same -

I agree. Nothing should be released unless there are no bugs.

/sarcasm.

Well, I agree with you regarding windows. ;)

But there is a difference between 'having a few bugs' and 'possessing no basic functionality'.
