Default Blackberry Headphones - 06-27-2007, 09:59 AM

They just fall out of my ears every time I move my head!
So irritating!
I use it as an mp3 player all the time at work, so if I get a message I get a tone in my ear.
It really gets to me though - replacing the things every few minutes

Just spent £2 on ebay to fix it though - 2.5 to 3.5mm jack so I can start using my ipod headphones.

Has ANYONE else had this problem, or are my ears just freakishly shaped??

[EDIT] Of course, I wouldn't have this problem at all if the stupid 8800 worked with my Motorola S9! Dammit!

I agree. The headphones are too small and unconfortable more my ears. And the sound is so so. But what can you do. Its RIMs first time....

I suppose you're right.
But I'm perfectly happy with the media studio itself, and that's RIM's first go as well

The media player kicks the ass of just about every other phone I've ever used for mp3's.
It's kind of weird that you can't browse your images whilst listening to a song, but that's my only gripe and it doesn't really irritate me at all!

I agree. My Pearl, while not quite the music player that my Nano is, is close enough that it has allowed me to practically replace my Nano and have a truly converged device.

I have to constantly twist the rubber to may it stick in the ear area. This will be a work in process.

I couldn't get the earbuds to stay in my ears, either.

I bought some Body Glove "Ear Gloves" stereo headphones. They have a wrap around the ears and a microphone. About $30 at Best Buy. Now I can move around and they don't come out.

Does your headphones have the plastic clips to go around your ear?
