Default RIM's Customer Support - 07-30-2007, 03:36 PM

I am completely appalled at the lack of discipline and skill of the RIM CS dept. I called to see if it was possible to enable IMAP-IDLE, and she was more interested in how I knew this info rather than how to help me.

And on top of all that, she was condescending! Sigh.

Anybody else have such disappointing experiences?

I usually have good service from RIM, but my company has a T-Support contract.

Did you call RIM or your carrier and get transfered to their BB support dept???

BIG difference....

RIM had always been very, very helpful with me the few times I was actually upgraded to RIM support from T-Mo BB support...
