Now that has been 3 days still no refund still no other communications

Now that i was nice and dropped the dispute i can't reopen it
i just want everyone to know how he operates .

I know there is some that had no problem's do you really want to go through
all of this when it don't go so good ?

This is the worst company i have ever used

Yes Adam had leg surgery but i did get a email how hard is it to make TWO clicks to refund .
And its not about money its the principal

I think you'll find yourself in the minority on this one.
While no vendor is 100% perfect, I would say that your claims of them being the "worst in customer service" are a bit unfounded.

Sorry to hear that you've had a bad experience with Adam... but judging from my experience with him, my guess is you'll find that there is a good, valid reason for the delay and your problem will be resolved professionally and as soon as possible.

gsmphonesource.com has an excellent reputation here.

And my opinion was given in rebuttal of yours.
This is the rants and raves forum. If you choose to openly bash one of the forum's sponsors, then you should also not be surprised when others voice opinions conflicting with your own.
Consider this my rave to your rant.

By posting here, you're openly asking for people to agree or disagree with you.

I've used him twice and it's always been perfect. You're a minority here.

Wirelessly posted (BlackBerry8700/4.2.1 Profile/MIDP-2.0 Configuration/CLDC-1.1 VendorID/100)

I have used him a few times! I'd say result are 50% favorable 50% not so good! Though ultimately I got what I paid for or adam resolved it to my satisfaction.

Nexteli I empathize with ya

I used him twice, never a problem (although never in 30 minutes!).

But this user can report his experience if he so chooses. Opinions on both sides are fine, just don't flame him for doing what this section of the forum is intended for.

I have never used Gsmphonesource but I can say without a doubt that nexteli836man is top notch, honest and lightning fast in every transaction I have done with him (several) and in the numerous others that I have seen feedback posted for him...

Sorry you had issue nexteli836man....
