I have noticed that this company, freedominput.com has been advertising on this forums banner and would like to help you all out by telling you DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM. I purchased one of the keyboards for one of our VIP clients several weeks ago, only to have the activation tell me the codes had already been activated. I then looked for a technical support number as there is no way to make the unit work without activation only to find that there is none. I had to travel 40 miles each way to this client and needed immediate assistance and was given NONE. I emailed thier tech support and informed them of the problem and told them of the critical nature of the user (VIP and has arthritis) and got nothing more than an automated response saying my ticket was recieved. This has been over 2 weeks ago and i have updated the ticket 2 times trying to get a response and still have got NOTHING. I now have a very pissed off client with arthritis and a $100 keyboard for his BB that he can't use.

DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY, YOU WILL GET ZERO CONTACT.
