Contacted them by phone. Explained to them that I had a friend
over from Europe and he had just dropped his BlackBerry in the sink
and had to purchase a new one from Rogers. He needed the phone
unlocked ASAP because of his business. They told me that it would
take no longer than 24 hrs to get code, but could be sooner.
Decided to give them a try. Within 2 hours I had the unlock code
and got my friends BlackBerry up and running.
Great Service! And the nice thing about it was it didn't cost an Arm and
a Leg. $59.00 CDN!!!
I would recommend them to anyone looking to unlock their BlackBerry
