Default Ringtone Fraud - 10-01-2007, 02:51 PM

Hi

Tried to get some newringtones for my 8800 today and googled "ringtones for balckberry". Eventually got to a site that seemed to offer software from your I Tunes. Paid money and got nothing - please be wary of this as I have to cancel my card etc. Told me to email [email address]

Thanks for the heads-up. FYI, if you are inclined, you are probably better off making your own using .mp3, .wav, CDs you already own, then use the free PRogram AUDACITY along with Desktop Manager 4.2 SP2 to copy the resultant 15sec .mp3 clips to your blackberry (or media card, if you have one).

You should try going to Free Ringtones, Logos, Mobile Videos - FunForMobile there search for ringtones and share the ones you already have with other members... and its free LOL

I second Audacity, it is well worth the price, free.
