Default Need Help with Desktop Software Ver 4.2 SP2! - 10-14-2007, 10:55 PM
I downloaded the latest DT software from blackberry.com

when i try to install it i get an error message...

C:\Program Files\Desktop Software v4[1].2 SP2 (English).exe is not a valid Win32 application.

Any ideas?

Also the actual file takes forever long to download! Over half hour on High Speed line..

This usually happens by a bad or broken download.

Try downloading again the file.

Happened to me, re-downloaded it and it installed fine.
