When I try and install the software, it will go through its cycle of installing the software but once I try to load Desktop Manager I get the following error:

Error 1904.Module (file extension)\GWEmaiconnapi.dll failed to register.

HRESULT 2147024770. Contact your support personnel.

What could be causing this problem and how do I fix it?

The problem started when the user whom I was setting up a Blackberry for had a 7290 and I was setting him up with an 8700c. I noticed his software was the older version. I uninstalled that software and reinstalled the new. Then the problem started....
