I'm quite new to blackberry - we have a few devices and the BES Server software on evaluation from O2 at the moment so i am having a play around with it.
The server the software is installed on is SBS 2003 Running Exchange 2003 and ISA 2004.
One of the uses we would have for blackberry would be the ability to access the companyweb part of MS Sharepoint that is running the server. However when i go through the blackbery browser and try to access http://companyweb
, it asks for authentication (User, Domain and Password) which is of no suprise. The problem though is that any of the login/domain combinations i can think to try have not working.
Another problem we are having is that when we try to access the internet through the blackberry browser, we get the following error from ISA
Error Code: 403 Forbidden. The ISA Server denied the specified uniform resource locator (URL) (12202)
This is the same error that you receive in Internet Explorer when the ISA server details have not been entered into the proxy settings.
Can we set proxy settings on the black berry device? (I am using 7290 and 7100 Devices) Or what can i do to ISA to although blackberry devices access to the internet?
Any help on these matters would be grately appreciated.
