Default Help with VPN

Please Login to Remove!
I currently have a 7250 with Window XP and 3.6 BB Os When I am online with my companies VPN I can send and receive emails, but when I am not logged into the VPN I cannot recieve emails. What am I doing wrong?

well are you using desktop redirector on the computer or something like that?
