Lots of good information in forums on BB Desktop Manager but nothing really related to my question, so here goes. New Verizon 8703e, just got off Nextel service with my 7100i. Currently have BlackBerry Desktop Manager version 4.1.0.8 on pc. Question is, can I keep this install of Desktop Manager or do I have to install the one on CD that came with the phone?

Do have another question, is there anything I have to do to switch the desktop manager to work with my 8703e instead of my Nextel 7100i, or will it just pick it up on its own?
