This is my first post, and I have had a 7230 for over a year. Well I just bought a Cingular 8700c unlocked and updated it to the latest tmobile version of OS 4.2 and I received 2 test emails but have since stopped being able to send or receive emails. I registered the pin and have tried to send service books via blackberry and vie tmobile.com. I am wondering if anyone has any idea what I am doing wrong? Thanks so much in advance!

Does the unit show any service books on the device?

Yes, it has a list of all of the email address I use. I am using BIS, if that helps.
