Nice look to it now. Now to figure out a way to get this pushed out to all my BES users. I just may be lazy and send a mass PIN with the URL to them all and tell them to click on it for the update. My users are well enough trained that they know to do it when I send them the links.

Yahoo as well
Now for the AIM update. That needs a serious overhaul
ok i was looking for this thread. Whenever i try to sign into google talk i get the error that my name and or password is invalid, when i know they are correct. I havent used google talk since the previous version (whichever was before the current) and on my pearl. I now have an 8320. My g/f has my pearl now but w/o a data plan. I read on a thread here that if there is some other device accessing your account it can give it an error that wont let you log in. I also read that it takes up to 48 hours for a password change to take effect. Regardless of that fact i tried before changing my password and it still gave me the name error. Whats wrong with g talk. ive deleted and redownloaded several times. anyone know how to fix this

Looks like the Yahoo 2.0 added a bunch of the desktop features.
You get the little avatar now and you can talk to people on Windows Live Messenger now too. It's a little slow sending the IM to the Windows Live person, but faster receiving messages (I IM'd myself to see how it worked). You can also control appearing offline to individuals directly in the BB Yahoo Messenger as well.
OK so it changed? Because even though it was a data application "everyone thought" we were still getting charged as if we were using text. Unlike BB messenger which is truely free.
