Default Getting Desktop Manager to start when Windows XP starts

Please Login to Remove!

Hi there,

Stupid question but I just do not seem to be able to locate the tick which makes the BB Desktop Manager start automatically with Windows XP. Can you help please?

I am using V. 3.6.3.10.

I don´t think a shortcut on the desktop makes a program start with windows, or am I wrong???
You could place a shortcut to the desptop manager in the autostart (is it the same in english?) folder of your startmenu...

correct. RIM simply places a shortcut to BDM in the Startup folder within the Start Menu.

Yes but here is another questions. It starts but I want it start reduced so that it does not show up when I start up. I have it hide when min but I would like it that way when the computer starts up.

Default Starting minimized...

Locate the Desktop Manager in your Startup menu
Right click the menu option and choose 'Properties...'
Select 'Minimized Window' in the 'Run' combobox...
