Default 7100 Reboot Issue Happening on the 7290

Please Login to Remove!

Granted, its not nearly as bad as the 7100, the 2 [7290] that I have, have done it collectively 4 times since we got them last week. I have upgraded the IM client via TMO's upgrade site as well as reinstalled the OS twice.

Is there anyone out there experiencing this?

I also got into the same problem after upgrading my BB 7290 to OS 4.0. The thing practically reboots by itself three or four times a day. Any1 got any idea?

Maybe it has something to do with the local T-Mobile network? We have 10 7100ts and 3 7290s and none of the users replied to an email asking them about their phone rebooting on its own... ???

LangTuSJ, are you Cingular? I thought all T-Mobile 7290's shipped with v4.0 already on them?

I'm a Cingular. I'm not quite sure what version I had when I just got the thing (stupid enought huh???) but I went ahead going to RIM site to download and install it. Then I started noticing the reboot.

Maybe it is time to call Cingular and have them replace it.
