Default Does accidentally trying to do a hard wire sync on bes ruin the bes service books?

Please Login to Remove!

I hooked my phone up to my dm at home and my phone is configure for wireless sync. So I hooked it up and then all of sudden, i lost wireless sync with task, address book and calendar... I had it configured for BIS and thought nothing would happen but it did.

I had to wipe my device and as the the IT admin to delete and reinstall on the bes just to get it to come back.....

Default

If you turned off Wireless Sync of Tasks, Address Book and Calendar so you could sync with DM at home... then all you would have needed to to is turn them back to Wireless Sync when you were finished.

You installed DM using the BIS option, right? I guess it's possible to corrupt the BES service books in the process, but I don't see it as being very likely.

If you installed DM using the BlackBerry redirectory option... then you probably would have mucked up the BES service books.
