Question Updating Pin list

Please Login to Remove!

I apologize if this is in the wrong forum. I was wondering how other people keep an updated list of user's pins for DR purposes. I understand that with BES 4.0 and the look up feature on the handheld, you can get the current pin for the username. My question, is how do others keep this up to date if the bes goes down? we currently have about 320 handhelds and sometimes have to swap them out. We will also be upgrading them to the 7250's, so automating this as much as possible would be better.

We create a spreadsheet and post it onto one of our internal servers. If BES or Exchange are down, we have an accurate PIN listing.

We have a 24X7 Enterprise Operations Center - they coordinate everything. As long as they have the PINs, they can distribute them.
