Our president has a new Blackberry 8830. Nice device. The MAIN problem he has is that after he listens to a voicemail message, it does not become marked as "Read" in his message list, and the "unread" message count icon does not decrement by one. This is a very big pain in the neck, because he wants that "undread message count icon" to be accurate. It works for emails, but not for voicemails. It shows voicemails in that # ALL the time, even long after he's listened to the voicemail. He must mannually go into the message list and mark the voicemail as read in order to reduce that number.

Is there a patch, or something we're not doing correctly? We just want an accurate count of unread messages.
