Default Wireless Sync problem with Address Book only - 11-05-2007, 05:08 PM

My wireless synch with the Address Book does NOT work. I'm out of suggestions on how to fix. I've wiped my handheld, blown away my address book and recreated, deleted the Desktop [Sync] service book to no avail. I get the "Wireless sync" option set to "Yes" when I re-create the service book, and then after 15 minutes the option goes away completely....which is leading me to believe a corruption somewhere in the wireless address book sync....any ideas????

I can wirelessly sync calendar and task items. Thanks!

Make sure your BES Admin has enabled it on the BES, as well.

I know other users can do it, and when I delete the service book and it comes across, I see the option for a period of time.

Again, I believe something must be corrupt and that is why the option is taken away from me.

Is there a log or something that someone can see why my wireless sync is failing?
