Default accidently uninstalled the browser

Please Login to Remove!

now i cant download anything OTA, anyone know how where i can get it?

You need to download the OS for your device and install in on your PC. Then use Destkop Manager to reinstall the browser. You can follow the steps here, but instead of an upgrade launch Application Loader w/in Desktop Manager and select the option to install the browser.

i did that, in fact i just updated about an hour ago. but the browser under the list with check boxes came up grey.

That's a great question....it might (and is a lot less invasive than a total OS reinstall).... But might be too late now

Log into your bis web site on the left hand side it will say service books click on that then click send service books.

Did you try and take the battery off for a few mins. While the bb is turned on.
