I am having a problem syncing a Nextel BB 7520 with my desktop version of Outlook 2003 with an MSN Premium account utilizing Outlook Connector. Is it possible the Outlook connector could be causing my sync problems?

I have also been looking at the Franklin Covey Plans Plus organizer as an add-in for Outlook 2003.

Does anyone have any experience using the Franklin Covey Plans Plus 3.0 with Outlook 2003 and syncing the BB?

Will this add in compound my problems?

I use Franklin Covey Plan Plus 3.0 and Outlook 2003 and I experience no problems syncing my 7290. Are you receiving an error code?
