Default Uncaught exception: 1335 >= 1335 - 06-16-2005, 11:20 AM

My appologies if this is listed elsewhere. The error listed above has now followed my user from his 7280 to the 7290 we replaced it with. The error appears when attempting to access his address book. More specifically when searching by name, using only certain letters. Unfortunately this user has approximately 4,000 contacts. (I'm not kidding). Both devices were completely flushed and reinstalled.

System info:

7290
Cingular
Enterprise
v4.0.0.219 (Platform 1.8.0.129)
Server version: : 4.0.1.13

Also my users quick dial list appears to have only half of what he had programmed prior to the upgrade.

Flushing the system and not backing up the data has already been done twice on both units.

Thanks in advance for any help.

I have the same odd error happening on a 7520, when going to compose selection and then typing k to go to that address it blows up.

If you have the DBClean utility then run that on the users exchange account (i'm guessing it's exchange) then delete the desktop services books and run Enterprise Activation again. If all that fails then you may want to contact RIM and make sure there are no Service Packs that would benefit you for this issue.
