I'm using Blackberry Desktop Manager 4.0.1. I'm able to sync my blackberry but It only sees 3 task out of 20. These three are old can completed. I've uninstalled and re-installed several times. I've created dummy task to see if my blackberry would see them during the sync but no luck. Any suggestions? I have the blackberry 7290 and the software installed on my pc at work.

are you trying to sync wirelessly?

Also make sure that in IntelliSync options that conflicts are set to notify you of these.
