Default Bug: Tasks, filters, and categories? Filter shows items from other categories!

Please Login to Remove!

I have a project in Microsoft Entourage called "Project Z". PocketMac syncs Projects and Categories together, and so I have the ability to focus on Task or Project using the category filter on the BlackBerry.

Perfect!

The problem is that I have this one project, called "Project Z", which doesn't seem to work right.

I filter based on category "@home" and things I am supposed to do "at home" come up fine (I'm a Getting Things Done/GTD pervert) as expected, but when I do a filter against "Project Z", I get things from other categories and projects as well!

I know that the BlackBerry doesn't grok Entourage's "projects" but they are merely synced over as categories. So "project z" is just a category to my BlackBerry - and thats fine!

But has anyone ever noticed the filter in the Tasks application doing this? It doesn't make any sense - opening the tasks in question reveals that they really aren't a part of "Project Z" but yet there they are in the filtered results, plain as day.

I'm running a BlackBerry 7290 with Vodafone App Version 4.0.0.198.

One item can belong to multiple categories -- I've intentionally done this before through Outlook.

Are you sure that an item isn't made to belong in multiple categories? If not, then this could be a bug...

I am absolutely certain it isn't in the category Project Z. Some items are in multiple categories, but the items in question are NOT part of that category.

Where should I go to file this bug report all proper?
