Default BB 7520 Sending but not Receiving

I am supporting a single 7520 using the Desktop Redirector with a dedicated PC for the redirector software. Also using an Exchange 2003 Server and Outlook 2003. Everything was working for the last four weeks like a champ, until this weekend. The BB can send e-mail, but not receive e-mail. Outbound mail from the redirector seems to be stuck. And unfortunately the BB is travleing with it's owner so some TS options will be a bit difficult.

The only change was some Windows Server 2003 security patches. I have no error messages and have booted the server and desktop and asked my customer to hard boot the BB.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.


Update: My customer has hard reset the BB and has received a message that the unit is registered with the network. He can send e-mails, but e-mails from his corporate account are not being redirected to his BB.

Updatex2: Had customer reset BB again and I purged the pending messages. About two hours later mail was redirecting again. Strange.
