will have to upgrade your os software if it didnt come that way. hit alt-cap-h all at the same time when it pulls up a menu see what OS you are running should say app version 4.0.0.249 if thats there you will eventually get the browser auto matically after your unit is fully provisioned.

Go to www.blackberry.com and select support or downloads not sure which it is look for latest nextel upgrade then just follow the instructions dont panic if it seems like its taking a while mine took 45 minutes to fully complete. But dont interupt it.

Need to setup a Webclient account. then send books.
If not there then you need to call Nextel and make sure you have the data side setup correctly.

Default How do you send emails with the "underscore" sign?

Can you tell me how to compose emails using the "underscore" sign with a Blackberry 7520? I can't seem to figure it out. Thanks.

Thumbs up Underscore for Blackberry...

Thank you for your response. Sorry if I irritated you but I genuinely did not notice that you had previously answered the post. Thanks again.

Does updating the OS require reinstalling applications, or will all apps remain? Thanks!
