Question Problem with Desk Top Manager

Hi All.

I installed the DM version 3.6.0.54 (yes I know not 4.0), I don't think it is the problem b/c the same BB worked for another user last week. Anyway....in the configure PIM field the Choose translators are grayed out. In other words I can not chose Lotus Notes 5.0/6.0 and click OK. OK is grayed out. I can choose Wireless calandering just not the address book or tasks. Also, the device is not recieving e-mail. After much troublehooting with the Vendor (Aliant Mobility) the told us to unistall the DM software and reinstall. Did this...did not fix :( ANY THOUGHTS at all???? I have seen this b4 and can't remember the fix.

Some thoughts..

The reason (should be) that you can't choose the translator is because something is inconistant w/ the IntelliSync currently configured..

To resolve this issue Delete pin folder from Cdrive> documents and settings> username> research in motion> blackberry > Intellisync > [YOUR PIN NUMBER HERE!]

That should resolve the issue!
