Sorry if this has been answered elsewhere, I don't seem to be able to properly run the search function and google turns up nothing specific.

I've copied all the contacts from a SIM card onto the Address Book, however for some reason they do not sync with my Outlook Contacts. If I add one manually it works fine, and *strangely* if I copy a single contact from my SIM to the address book it syncs up fine.

It's just when copied the 100 or so that were in my SIM over in one go, nothing happened.

Is there any kind of "Reconcile now" equivalent for the address book?

This is on a 7100, using BES and no Desktop Manager.

Unfortunately just like you did, you have to one-by-one them to get them to sync;
