It appears that Desktop Redirector is only polling my Outlook 2003 app about every 20minutes. Along with that, I have only one folder selected to redirect, which it contains 2 messages, neither of which has been sent to the one, but two NEW messages have.

I need the redirector to be constantly monitoring my inbox and redirecting mail as soon as it arrives, especially certain boxes.

Is this not possible?

Am I correct in assuming that you're not on a BES? If you're running the redirector without BES, you're only going to get new messages; your BB won't be synchronized with the folder you selected.

In terms of the delay in having messages forwarded to your BB, are you running Exchange? And is Outlook receiving the messages long before they are redirected to your BB?
