Any help is greatly appreciated. We are running BES and I'm having trouble with the address book sync. I cannot get it to sync wireless at all. As an attempted work around, I installed the desktop manager. I can sync the address book this way, but for some reason the mobile phone field is not included. I've check the configuration and the fields are mapped correctly. Any ideas?

So it is not working at all or it is only working partly?

For the wireless sync the address book is not working at all. But the email and calendar are fine. For the desktop sync, everything in the address book is carried over just fine except the mobile phone field.
