When a client emails me and I reply, instead of seeing their original email at the bottom of the reply, they receive the original email as an attachment.
What do I need to do to show the original email in the reply and not as an attachment.
We had the same problem under BES 4.0, it was causing by our SMTP relay, we change from Mailsweeper to Barracuda and this solved the problem
