RIM 957
Hello
When a client emails me and I reply, instead of seeing their original email at the bottom of the reply, they receive the original email as an attachment.
ex att1234.txt

What do I need to do to show the original email in the reply and not as an attachment.

thanks

jrt

Are you on a BES or using a internet mail account?
Is the OS on the phone up to date?
Here's the current software for it https://www.blackberry.com/Downloads...86EDB0CA5EABA0

We had the same problem under BES 4.0, it was causing by our SMTP relay, we change from Mailsweeper to Barracuda and this solved the problem

If it's a BWC it's a setting you have to change when you log in
