Default How to remove gmail message folder - 12-04-2007, 02:04 PM

I had set up gmail as one of my BIS accounts and everything worked fine. I then decided to remove it and I have verified that it is gone from the config online. But the folder icon is still on my BB. It should have been deleted when I deleted the account, but it was not. I could just hide it, but I really want it to be "gone". Any ideas?

Delete the Service Books related to your gmail account.

Options > Advanced Options > Service Book

Also pull the battery if it persists.

Thanks much. I did that and it did not help. There was a service book for gmail and I delete it but the folder remained. Powered the bb off/on still there. I also had the gmail application installed on my bb, so I delete the application as well. When I did that, the offending folder went away too. Weird!

Thanks much!
