Default Intellisync

Please Login to Remove!

I am trying to sync my phone with desktop manager v.4.2.196, I get an error message that says internal error (see logs). Can anyone please tell me what this means, and what I can do to fix the problem. PLEASE

At what point to you encounter the error? When Launching? When it's synching, if so at what point? What version of DM are you running?

When I start to configure sync, I have DM 4.2.196

i had this recently with something i d/l ota. i ended up reinstalling the desktop manager and then it worked fine

Are you able to access "Reset Configuration"? If so, I would try that and see if it will let you reconfigure. Otherwise, I think you are stuck with reinstalling the DM.

look on blackberry.com and put in the error message you get and you will get a fix.
