Default BB 7510 can't select PST for sync

Please Login to Remove!

I've had some issues in the past with my 7510, and I just got it replaced, so I figured it would be a good time to clear up the issues. I had issues with the sync, but I figured out that I have bad contacts / calendar entries, so that's no big deal.

The problem now is that I have an empty BlackBerry, and I can't tell the Desktop Manager to sync with Outlook! I can send / receive e-mail and use BB Messenger, so my data is working.

When I go to Synchronize > Configure > Configure Sync > Choose > Browse, I don't have the option of choosing my PST file. I can pick my mailbox or public folders, but I don't want to have to synchronize my PST with my Exchange mailbox to then be able to synchronize with my BB.

I tried the directions to do a clean install, that didn't work.
I've got two profiles in Outlook, one for my PC that uses the PST, one that uses just the exchange server for the BlackBerry. I tried picking my local profile for the BB just to get the local folders setup, it still didn't work.

Wireless reconciliation is turned off for everything except e-mail (corporately and locally).
The BES is controlled in our corporate office, so I don't have any details on that.
It has worked on this PC prior, and many other employees are using the same configuration.
Desktop Manager 4.2.1.8
