Default Help: Need USB Driver for 7290

Please Login to Remove!

I can't find a USB driver for my 7290. Running Windows 2000 Pro, just installed Desktop Manager 4.2.2. Can anyone tell where I can download a driver?

Are you sure you installed Desktop Manager and not Device Manager. The USB drivers are included. They are not a seperate install.

It's Desktop "Manager" version 4.2.2.14.

It's really strange - the "Backup and Restore" feature seems to work but the "Media Manager" (Roxio, which another Roxio product was already installed on my computer) does not work/recognize the phone as plugged into USB?!?

The Media Manager does not work on the 7290.
It only works on BlackBerrys running Handheld OS v4.2 or higher.

Is there any software that's available to download for my 7290 that will allow me to transfer pictures to the blackberry?

Thanks

I believe you can mail them to yourself.
Also, check in the Aftermarket software section for any programs that can transfer pictures. Remember that the 7290 has limited memory (32MB) which can not be explanded.
