Try pulling battery for 30+ seconds first. If that doesn't do it, go to T-Mobile site and log into my t-mobile and resend service books. Or call customer service and ask them to send service books.

Look for the link for internet email or whatever it is labeled. Click that. I think the page that loads will have the link for service books.

EDIT. From the my.tmobile.com site (after logging in) select Setup Blackberry Internet Email link. The Service Books link will be on the left under settings.

You may need to configure apn. Go to options, advanced soptions, TCP.... The apn is wap.voicesteam.com. Leave name and password fields empty.

Did you get service books sent? You should get confirmation message on the blackberry almost immediately.

Someone else will have to help you on jivetalk, or do a search. I don't use it.

EDIT. vi3tboi781, when you click on the Setup Blackberry Internet Email link, that takes you to a https://bis.tmobile.com site, correct?

You said you added the blackberry data plan to your account, right? Is your blackberry actually in the tmobile system? I don't remember exactly how to do it on the tmobile web site, but maybe you have to do that.

When you are on the my tmobile web page, at the top right where there is the link Support For My Phone, does it show your blackberry? If not, click the link Not Your Phone? and proceed from there.

Or call customer service.
