Default Fatal Error while installing OS

Please Login to Remove!

Ok - inherited a 7750 at work. It was hard reset (with paperclip)... I installed the javaloader software - did the -usb wipe thing.... tried to install the OS, and everytime when I get the the voice module, it gives me a fatal error and then crashes. I don't know what to do and really want ot make this puppy work. Anyone have time to help a newbie out?
Thank you
Sarah

Is it connected via a USB hub or directly into the PC or laptop. I've had loader issues before when using a hub... That's about all I can think of.

Try reinstalling the 7750 HH OS software on your PC possibly as well.
