Anyone ever have a problem where you can't "get more" or "read more" or whatever it's called when reading an email? I'm trying to avoid re-loading code here. Auto More is set to YES. 4.0 code. 4.0 BES, even tried moving BES's to see if that would help, but to no avail.

Are you still able to send e-mail through the BES?

You're a RIM employee (assuming of course), so you'd know better than I, but I have to wonder if a forcing it to re-register via the HRT may wake things up a bit. It doesn't really make sense that you'd be able to get anything except More, but who knows.

Is the exact error, "More could not be completed?"

Have your IT delete Desktop[CMIME] and re-generate your 3DES encryption keys. Also they may need to update to the newest Service Pack that is available for the version of Blackberry Enterprise Server that they're running.

If all else fails you need to provide them the device and have them contact RIM directly....

I recently started having the axact same problem. Nothing happens when I try to get "More" or "More All". This makes for very short messages.
