Every step I take I get a little closer to synching this bad boy.

Trying to synch my 7100G to my new laptop/desktop replacement....it happens to be an HP TC100 tablet PC running Windows XP Tablet PC version.

Had an initial problem with a duplicate file that I removed....now it starts to synch but freezes when it seems to complete the "processing 103 of 103 records" from my Lotus Notes calendar.

I originally cancelled the synch and removed calendar synch from the PIM to see what that would do and it seems to synch fine with just the address book.

Why would it only freeze up when it tries to synch with the calendar?? Happens every time.

I am desperate to switch over to this computer full time as my other desk top lease is due up in about a month. HEEELLLLLLLP!!! (and thanks....)

Uninstalled everything from RIM on my computer and installed the latest software (4.0.0.30)....hooked up my BB and froze at the exact same spot....somebody, please.....

Well....since nobody responded to my query...

I noticed somebody posted a very similar problem after mine that seemed to get alot of responses and from that I was able to fix my issue.

The problem DOES seem to involve a bad entry (calendar in my case).

I simply went in to Lotus Notes and deleted all calendar entries prior to the beginning of this month and it re-synched fine.

What you want to do then is you or your IT need to call RIM and have them direct you to the DBClean download that will clean out corrupted files so you can continue to use IntelliSync properly.
