You will have to goto
[HERE] and download Desktop Manager v4.0 SP1 and do a complete un-install of Desktop Manager;
Complete un-install instructions:
1) Start -> Control Panel -> Add/Remove Programs -> Removed Desktop Manager
2) Goto C:\Program Files, delete Research In Motion Folder
3) Goto C:\Program Files\Common Files, delete Research In Motion and/or Pumatech Shared Folder
4) Goto C:\Documents and Settings\[UserName]\Application Data and delete Research In Motion folder
5) Start -> Run -> regedit (click OK) -> HKEY_Current_User - > Software and deleted Research In Motion and/or Pumatech Shared Folder
6) Start -> Run -> regedit (click OK) -> HKEY_Local_Machine - > Software and deleted Research In Motion and/or Pumatech Shared Folder
7) Install Desktop Manager v4.0 SP1
shouldn't have anymore issues, if you do contact your service provider or Research In Motion directly.
