I can't seem to get media manager to recognize my device. I can sync my datebook, address book, etc... but for some reason, I can't seem to figure out why my media manager doesn't see the blackberry... I am a total noob when it comes to Blackberries :( It was a christmas present and I don't want to have to take it back because the software seems wonky... any help out there?

no one has any suggestions? i would imagine that I am not the only one experiencing this but perhaps I am wrong...
