All of the users associated with one of our many Exchange servers stopped getting email and lost the ability to "reconcile now". It appears as if the BlackBerry is no longer connected to the BES but the issue is obviously with one of our exchange servers as everyone else who are on different mail servers are not affected. I assume the thread between this exchange and the BES may have clogged up as hundreds of users returned from the holidays and began to check emails but I can't find a fix.
Does anyone know how I could kick start this without restarting any of the servers and affecting everyone? Also, are there some parameters that can be set to prevent an onslaught like this in the future, e.i. the 4th of July?
FYI- PIN messaging still works fine and the BlackBerry browser has full access to our intranet.
