Default Disable e-mail redirection not working

Please Login to Remove!

Although "Disable e-mail redirection to handheld while in cradle" is checked in the user profiles in BES, users continue to receive mail while the handheld is connected to the desktop. Any idea why?

The same setting is checked on the desktop software. Does the desktop software need to be running for this option to work?

Is it cradled or in holster?

Big difference, if it's in the users belt holster they will still receive their emails on the device, however if it's cradled in the actually cradle (for charging/syncing) then it should not be receiving emails if configured in DM and BES..

If they are cradled and it's still receiving then contact RIM directly for assistance.
