Default Desktop Manager 3.6 and Exchange profile

Please Login to Remove!

Dear all,

I have one client in my organization with Desktop Manager 3.6 installed, which does while syncing not recognize the Exchange/Outlook profile on the client.

It says (not exact wording), please install a Outlook profile first.

I guess the desktop manager needs to be removed from the system with some manual removal in the registry. Maybe there is an easy solution to delete one registry key or branch.

Any hint are highly appreciated.

Regards
Edy

Default Couple of Suggestions

You may want to try to: delete and create a new MAPI profile (Control Panel -> Mail -> Show Profiles), another good idea is to upgrade to Desktop Manager v4 SP1 that corrects issues such as this!
