Angry Sync issues

Please Login to Remove!

Please help! I have been synching fine since I bought my BB in May. Yesterday and today, however, I am having problems. I hit the sync logo and it begins to sync then I get a message that says, "Handheld Tools Desktop Manager has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience." I have uninstalled and reinstalled the software (version 4.0), but have the same problem. Can ANYONE help? Thank you.

Try downloading service pack I for desktop 4.0 You can get it from the RIM download site. That fixed the problem for me(at least for the last couple of weeks)
