Communication Error - Backup
I have a BB 8830 (Bell Mobility) since late December. Device running 4.2.176 (latest Bell Mobility release), and running Desktop v4.3.
Until today, all was running and working fine (sync, daily automatic backup).
Today, running a backup, received the following Communication Error while backup was Receiving Phone Options.
X The data was not recognized by the device
at which point, backup exits without completing. ie. I cannot get a backup.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled Desktop Manager, have wiped my computer and resintalled XP ........ from scratch, but the problem persists.
I don't believe it's a PC or Windows issue.
